Thankful Thursday

Normally, Thankful posts are for Emma. For today, our Buster is front and center. We have recently found that Buster has diabetes. The vet has put him on insulin injection. He will return in a couple of weeks to see if the dosage needs adjustment. We are thankful that we were able to catch it. We are grateful that not only has he lost a few pounds in the last two years, but his transition to wet food is going well. On top of all of these, Buster is loving his diabetetic high protein canned food.

In addition, he's very cooperative with his injections.
