CATS on Tuesday
Hello kitties, sorry for our failure to visit you. Mama is extremely busy at work and worried sick about me.
Well, mama and papa spoke with Auntie S who is a vet and told her about me. She said what I have is probably virus, like a cold virus, and mama and papa's job is to keep an eye on any change in my appetite and behaviour. Mama will tell you she's very anal about this thing. She never lets anyone clean our litter. She checks every day if we poop and pee and how much. So far she has nothing to worry about in that department. Eating wise I am still the same, eating as much as I need and no change in that aspect either.
Will strong-arm Mama to visit this week. Enough of her whining about too much work outside of home to come home and sit infront of the computer again :)
We miss you all furriends and appreciate all your purrs for me. Keep on purring. Again, we miss you.
Now may I continue to nap?
This is our entry for this week's CATS ON TUESDAY.
We will keep on purring. Your Mum sounds much like ours..
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry to hear that you are not feeling well. We all send you tons of purrs and lots of hugs!
ReplyDeleteMe and mom hope you will feel better real soon !
ReplyDeleteI will keep up purring and mom sends you a hug !
What’s up, Emma? We hope you are better real soon <3
ReplyDeleteWe is sendin healing purrs to you. Our mommies haf alot in common - mine is anal too! She says it just means she cares alot. We bet your Mom does too. xoxo
ReplyDeleteWE are purring for you, Emma!
ReplyDeleteEmma, if your appetite is good, that is a positive sign! When Binga has a cold, the only time my human takes her into the vet (not counting the first time she had one), is if her appetite starts dropping.
ReplyDeleteOh dear! We'll purr for you and your mummy. Hope everything is A-OK from now on...
ReplyDeleteEmma, we hope you are feeling better soon so your mom can stop worrying about you. Your mom is like ours.
ReplyDeleteWe're sending big, rumbly purrs and prayers for you!!!
ReplyDeleteYes, you may continue to nap.
ReplyDeleteMy Human thinks that a kitty who is eating well and pooping and peeing on schedule is probably going to be just fine.
I'm sending you both purrs, though!
We hope you get much better really soon!!
ReplyDeleteHaha. Our Mom enjoys scooping out our litter boxes coz she says it is very calming.
ReplyDeleteWe'll continue to send purrs and woofs that you make a full recovery, Emma!
Am glad you're still eating ok, it's always a good sign. Hope you're 100% better soon. xx
ReplyDeleteEmma darl,
ReplyDeleteTell your mum not to worry about the visiting part. Our Mama is equally guilty. You concentrate on getting better, OK? purrr....meow!
As long that she eats correctly, grooms herself and the litterbox looks OK (you should recycle to "Litter box Inspector", lol ) I think it will go away from alone. As long as she doesn't suffer from it.
ReplyDeleteMaybe it's also due to the weather.
Feel better, Emma!
ReplyDeleteAn extra loud purr from me. Plus a whisker rub.
ReplyDeleteYes, Emma, please go back to sleep. If you aren't feeling well you need all the rest you can get.
ReplyDeleteI'm sure it's nothing to worry about. Cats get colds all the time, and they get over it, just like humans. There's really nothing you can do except keep hydrated and rest.
Hope you feel better soon sweetie!
Hello, Emma and Buster...enjoyed reading your blog. So happy you both have a 4-ever home. And look forward to getting to know you through the blog. Hope you visit me, too. I'm an Emma too.
ReplyDeleteWe hope you feel better soon. Sending purrs.
ReplyDeleteLuna has had URIs (i.e., "colds") from time to time, particularly when she is stressed or has been at kitty boarding (which probably also includes some stress), but it wasn't much to worry about except to keep a close eye on.
Sending purrs and good thoughts that Emma continues to be ok and that all is well with her! She's just so pretty!!
ReplyDeleteMacKayla the Empress asked me to express her wishes for good health, William the Orange and Joel Gray send furry greetings and Giblet the Kitten -- well, he's rather clueless so I wouldn't expect much from him :-)
Visiting from Cats on Tuesday
The Furballs at Bonkers in Barnhart
Sending lots of purrs to you and your mom!
ReplyDeleteWe hope you will be better soon.
ReplyDeleteLuv Hannah and Lucy xx xx
