Old pals
Once upon a time, this friendly feline spent a lot of time in our backyard even during non-meal times. She's one of those friendly strays that would rub herself on your legs or run towards you when you open the door.
This photo was taken when we were delivering Christmas goodies to our friends who live a block away. To our surprise, across the street from our friends' house is where we spotted Friendly Gray so we stopped and chatted with her for a while. And guess what, we saw her in our backyard soon after that chance meeting. I'd like to believe that she remembered us.
I'm sure she did. Did your friend know of her or who she might belong to?
ReplyDeleteShe reminds Mummy of one of her "regulars", the feral cats She feeds effurry evening. Mummy calls her Lagris (because at first She wasn't sure if Lagris was male or female).
ReplyDeleteMummy hasn't seen Lagris for several weeks now and hopes she's okay. Unlike your sweet friend in the photo, Lagris has neffur been a friendly type...
Sure she remembers you and it's nice you got to see her again!
ReplyDeleteI bet she did remember you! She's a very pretty kitty!
ReplyDeleteOur cats do the same, they spend all their time in Mr Fs yard and then they start spending all their time in Mr Ds garden and then Mrs Ms yard...Its always fun to be remembered by old furrends. We are glad your furrend remembered you and came for a visit! You guys are awesome, have an amazing day!
ReplyDeleteAww, she's so cute. We are sure she DID remember you. :)
ReplyDeleteShe does look friendly.
ReplyDeleteHow nice that you got to see your friendly gray kitty again.
ReplyDeleteOf course she remembered. Kitties probably have better recognition systems than humans.
